Lauren and I have been friends for ten years now–she was the first person I knew who also loved photography, she shot my first wedding with me (and then shot many more with me, for years), she went to the same college as I and became friends with many of my friends, and has just all-around been a constant friend amongst many changes and phases of life. She met Cole in college. They began as friends then evolved into moreso. They got engaged last fall,  and planned a beautiful wedding this spring centered on fun, joy, sweet words, and their calming love. These two fit so well together, they are kind and generous and humble and love their families (Lauren’s mom was one of her bridesmaids!) and their friends so well, and know how to throw a very fun dancing reception. It was just….so beyond special for me to document this weekend for them in such an intimate way:
